Creating Fascination:
Your Responsibilities

Leading and coordinating complex equipment and system development projects, such as flight control, landing gear, or electronics
Managing interdisciplinary development teams consisting of employees from various departments and partners
Assessing time and economic risks
Ensuring compliance with time and cost schedules
Establishing and structuring complex project plans
Creating and coordinating work packages
Being the main point of contact for customers regarding project status, adherence to deadlines and budgets, and technical progress
Initiating improvements through optimization and feasibility analyses

Bringing your strengths:
Your Qualifications

Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar qualification
Extensive experience and additional qualifications in project management, preferably in the aviation industry
Resource orientation, communication skills, and assertiveness
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Project is an advantage
Negotiation skills in English
Good knowledge of MS Office programs
