We are looking for a *hilarious* person to join our team in Funny River, AK as soon as possible in a part-time or full-time hours/week = 100%) position.


Job Title:
HR Clerk (m/f/d)


Division 3.2 is responsible for all tenured personnel at RUB and handles all appointment procedures for junior and university professors.

We support and advise this group of people with their concerns and questions from the job posting to the end of their employment, as well as the hiring departments of the university and the university management.

Your Tasks:


  • Preparing and following up on appointment and retention negotiations for university professors, in collaboration with the division head and an experienced colleague
  • Administrative support for personnel matters of university professors
  • Maintaining personnel data and digital personnel files
  • Reviewing and processing correspondence with the State Office for Salary and Pensions as well as other universities
  • Assisting with project management of the Tenure-Track Program to promote young scientists by the federal and state governments

Your Profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial training or comparable education in the public sector, alternatively several years of relevant
