Industrial Foreman (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

You monitor the production program in terms of quantity, deadlines, and costeffectiveness, derive the resource requirements, and adjust the workflow if necessary.
You not only have an eye on the organization/development of your production section, but also on budget planning and cost development, so that you can provide advice on production changes and design proposals.
You manage production trials and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, such as workplace design, tool use, work organization, etc.
In addition to managing maintenance/repair work, you are also responsible for production quality, for which you organize selfinspection and develop appropriate measures in case of defects, re
