What to expect:

  • Responsibility for coordinating and managing IT standard and sub-projects
  • Coordination of performance content with clients and customers, as well as responsibility for coordination, adaptation, and implementation
  • Structuring of the overall project
  • Definition and coordination of project goals, particularly in terms of scope, quality, time, and cost
  • Creation of detailed project cost plans and descriptions
  • Adherence to internal project guidelines, including proactive suggestions for improvement

What you bring:

  • Completed degree in computer science / business informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Knowledge in the field of energy and utility industry, public transport (optional also telecommunications)
  • First experience in coordinating and managing SAP sub-projects desirable
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI
  • First experience in implementing agile projects (e.g. Scrum)
  • Convincing appearance towards service providers and customers
  • Assertiveness, resilience, as well as moderation and escalation skills
  • Customer-oriented work style, cross-functional thinking, and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form
