Are you looking for reduced brand shoes, cool men's shoes in larger sizes, comfortable shoes, or unique shoes that can't be found on every corner? Look no further, as all of these can be found in our online shop.

And in order for us to continue growing, we are looking for you to join our small team at our location in Berlin

Your main tasks will include:

Creating, optimizing, and maintaining data, photos, and videos for our online shop and various marketplaces
Handling order processing and fulfillment
Managing customer inquiries and complaints

You may also be responsible for:

Picking, packaging, and shipping products
Managing returns and exchanges

What we expect from you:

You have read this job ad from beginning to end
You don't shy away or call in sick when things get busy and stressful
You have good German language skills and are not afraid of using a computer
It would be great if you are already familiar with the Plentymarkets system, but it's not a requirement as long as you are willing to learn new things
