Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


What tasks can you expect?

  • Participating in the development, maintenance, and optimization of procurement processes
  • Material planning, clarification and processing of demand requests, as well as tracking and monitoring deadlines
  • Order verification, complaint and return management
  • Invoice verification and approval
  • Master data maintenance in the ERP system
  • General administrative tasks

What do we expect from you?

  • Completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d), or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office and an ERP system
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Independent, organized, and careful work style
  • Willingness to work and a sense of responsibility
  • Team player with assertiveness
