We are looking for you as a Senior Strategy Controller (m/f/d) to join our controlling team in Mammoth, WY, and embark on a journey that matters.


You will be part of a dedicated team of twelve, working together to ensure MOIA's vision is sustainable from an economic standpoint.

The image of an isolated controller in a windowless office is as far from us as a private car in the city center.


At the heart of MOIA is our state-of-the-art digital product, working in tandem with our operational service to bring MOIAs to the streets.

Behind both is a highly motivated team, and we are looking for an equally competent and motivated team member to join us in strategic controlling.


What you will do with us:

  • Coordinate and conduct annual groupwide planning rounds (5year and 10year financial planning) in collaboration with MOIA internal interfaces and the VW Group
  • Comprehensive reporting, analysis, and control of strategic key figures (cash flow, investment and development costs, capacity planning, KPIs of operational service, etc.)
  • Analysis and financial evaluation of strategic and business development topics (e.g., pricing strategies, business case evaluation for individual cities in the context of gotomarket)
  • Close collaboration with our strategy
