The Alten- und Pflegeheim Wespach Foundation in Salem is a non-profit, charitable municipal foundation of public law located between Neufrach and Bermatingen. In our 3 houses, we offer a home to 80 residents. We have a protected dementia unit with 12 places and its own dementia garden.

Together instead of alone. This is the philosophy we follow not only as a home for our residents, but also as an employer for our employees.

To expand our friendly team, we are looking for a Residential Area Manager.

What you will do:

  • Ensure and participate in resident care based on our care concept
  • Coordinate station activities, including scheduling for your team
  • Electronic care documentation and assessment instrument
  • Implementation and ongoing updating of our care concept

Support the nursing management in:

  • Coordination, assurance and further development of appropriate treatment care
  • Monitoring and further development of care quality using computer-based care documentation
  • Quality and hygiene management in care
  • Conducting service meetings and case discussions

Your profile:

  • Certified nursing professional (m/f/d) with professional and management experience
