We are looking for an application support specialist (m/f/d) for the Department of Information and Communication Technology.


The Department of Information and Communication Technology is the central contact and service provider for the provision and operation of information and communication technology for all municipal departments and institutions, as well as for state schools and subsidiary companies of the Holyoke city administration.


Position classification:
EG 10 TVöD / BesGr. A 10/A 11 BayBesG


Duration:
Permanent


Working hours:
Full-time


What are your main tasks?

  • Project management for the implementation of new specialized procedures or expansion of existing ones
  • Application support, planning, administration, and technical development of assigned specialized procedures
  • Consultation on all technical questions related to the supported specialized procedures, including organizing and conducting user training
  • Defining crosssystem standards
  • Modeling and optimizing processes

What are we looking for?

Application requirements:


  • Completed university degree (Diploma [FH]/Bachelor) in Computer Science, Administrative Informatics, or Business Informatics
Individuals who will obtain the above-mentioned degree in 2023 may also apply.
