For our client, a tax firm in Fürth, we are currently seeking a full-time Tax Advisor (m/f/d) as a team leader through direct placement.


Your responsibilities

  • Client management: Ensuring that clients receive the best tax advice and support
  • Project management: Coordinating tax projects and tasks within the team
  • Expert advice: Providing expertise on complex tax issues
  • Quality control: Monitoring the accuracy and quality of tax documents and reports
  • Team leadership: Managing and motivating the tax advisory team to achieve common goals
  • Mentoring: Supporting team members through coaching and development

Your profile

  • Completed degree in business administration with a successful tax advisor exam
  • Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and the team
  • Independent, thorough, and structured approach to tax matters
  • Strong team player to promote a cooperative work environment
  • Optional: Experience in team leadership to guide and motivate team members
