The City Treasury, as part of the Finance Department, covers a wide range of tasks related to the finances of the city of Pforzheim. This includes budget planning, budget execution and year-end closing, participation management, payment processing, tax assessment, and all matters related to the city as a tax debtor. With our approximately 60 employees, we fulfill our tasks with dedication, determination, and a team-oriented approach. We look forward to your contribution.

We are currently seeking a City Treasury employee for the following position:

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - CITY TREASURY, PARTICIPATION MANAGEMENT (M/F/D)

We offer a full-time, permanent position. Depending on your qualifications and personal skills, a salary up to pay grade A11 LBesGBW or pay group 10 TVöD is possible. This position is also suitable for entry-level professionals.
