Nursing Service Manager 30-35 h/week

We are currently seeking a Nursing Service Manager for our facility, Caritas-Seniors and Nursing Home St. Michael.

Your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for ensuring and maintaining a high quality of care and support
  • You plan and organize staff schedules
  • You implement current knowledge in the field of nursing
  • You oversee and monitor quality assurance measures

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a nursing education and have a further qualification as a Nursing Service Manager or a degree in Nursing Management
  • You have several years of experience in a management position in the nursing field
  • You have a motivating, cooperative, and goal-oriented leadership style
  • You have experience in implementing and developing modern nursing concepts, as well as knowledge in quality assurance measures
