We are currently seeking a
Service Employee (m/f/d)
for the ward kitchen at our location
AGAPLESION BETHESDA HOSPITAL BERGEDORF in Depew, NY.

This is a part-time position with 25 hours per week.

AGAPLESION CATERING MITTE gGmbH is responsible for providing meals to patients of AGAPLESION gAG and operates the hospital cafeterias.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Preparing and stocking work area
  • Presenting food items in an appealing manner while adhering to hygiene guidelines
  • Cleaning and maintaining work area
  • Providing hot and cold beverages
  • Sorting and preparing breakfast and lunch trays for different wards in the hospital, following prescribed dietary requirements
  • Conducting patient food surveys using inhouse kitchen software Medlinq on a tablet, while adhering to dietary requirements
  • Cleaning and maintaining ward kitchens according to HACCP standards
  • Conducting temperature checks according to HACCP standards

Working hours:
primarily between 6:15 am and 11:30 am


Requirements:


  • Experience in service and/or housekeeping is desirable, but we welcome applicants with no prior experience
