We are looking for a/n
Building Management Clerk (m/f/d) for our client in the public sector to join their team in Munich through direct placement.


Your responsibilities:


  • Tendering of services such as caretakers or security services, as well as monitoring and supervision of their execution, cleaning services
  • Maintenance and operation of buildings and technical facilities, ensuring their functionality through tasks such as external lightning protection checks, drinking water testing, etc.
  • Planning, monitoring, and analysis of operating costs for municipal properties
  • Participation in the implementation of a CAFM software
  • Support of technical building management
  • Participation in real estate management (investment and budget planning)

Your profile:


  • Completed training, e.g. as a building management specialist, real estate agent, or administrative assistant (2nd level qualification)
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Knowledge of building management, preferably in the infrastructure sector
  • Fluent in German
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and cost awareness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and customeroriented demeanor
