Your role

Recruiting of specialists and managers

Consulting of managers on topics such as recruiting and employee retention

Professional responsibility for the HR officers & team assistants in the recruiting department

Ensuring a high quality standard in recruiting processes

Development of search strategies and identification of target group-specific recruiting channels

Identification, implementation, evaluation and optimization of personnel development measures and processes

Reviewing the success and effectiveness of recruiting measures and adjusting the recruiting strategy if necessary

Independently developing personnel recruiting concepts and processes in consultation with clients

Capturing, analyzing and interpreting key figures in the recruiting department and deriving corresponding measures

Reporting key figures to the HR management, executive board and clients

Strategic planning and execution of recruiting events and fairs in collaboration with the team

Optimizing the candidate experience in the application process
