Shape the future of our digital products

With your passion for user-friendly design and your experience in team leadership, you will take our digital products to the next level and actively shape the design process. As Lead UI / UX Designer (m|f|d), you are the central interface between user experience, user interface, and development. You provide technical guidance, inspire a team of talented designers, and take responsibility for the design of our digital products.

What you will work on with us:

Design intuitive system and platform interfaces for end customer and internal product solutions
Responsible for the digital customer journey across various solutions within the SWK Group
Contribute to the development of innovative products and services for the SWK Group and support the digital transformation of mobility and energy
Independently sketch and develop new design and development processes in collaboration with product owners and developers
Ensure a consistent and seamless UX and design across all online touchpoints, products, and devices
Create prototypes, wireframes, user flows, mockups, and clickable demos to visualize ideas and designs and hand them over to frontend development
Take responsibility for UX and UI conception and successfully lead requirement and usability workshops
