Your responsibilities
With your legal expertise, you support the processes surrounding general corporate banking and accompany acquisition and project financing:
- You actively
advise our credit departments on all banking and contractual legal issues - In
contract management, you independently negotiate, draft contracts, and review contracts from external law firms
Represent legal claims: You represent Sparkasse Bremen in all matters related to financing
Your profile
- As a legal counsel, you have already worked for several years in the legal department of a bank, company, or law firm, ideally with a focus on acquisition financing / project financing
- You have a solid understanding of banking and contract law, including syndicated and structured financing (LevFin) as well as product and marketstandard contracts (e.g. LMA)
