Position Summary:
This role will provide support to all aspects of Human Resources within our operation.

Provides human resources management and assists all members of the team within the market including HRIS, LMS, HR projects, employee engagement, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.


  • This role reports to the VP of Human Resources Business.
  • Provides human resources support to all members of the HR and corporate team within the operation.
This role will perform a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:


  • Managing project or HR annual process work.
  • Will support LMS and some HRIS work.
  • Working with the corporate HR team and local operational leadership to develop and implement programs to maximize employee engagement, performance, and development.
  • Support the onboarding process and follow up with new team members as they integrate into our culture. Maintains high levels of engagement with team members at all times using various employment. engagement programs and strategies.
  • Works in collaboration with internal business partners in HR, Corporate HR Team, Operations and Health & Safety.
  • Supports various aspects of an employee's relationship and engagement.
  • Gathers employee feedback to identify areas of improvement through tools that we use to gather feedback from our workforce.
  • Encourages and manages a strong and positive work culture among all employees.

Education:


  • Bachelor Degree,

Experience and Preferred Qualifications

  • Either 1 year work experience or /HR internship experience
  • Experience with time management skills, prioritizing, and meeting deadline expectations.
  • Excellent communicator with a strong ability to influence company culture
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Willingness and ability to overnight travel up to 50% required.
  • Experience using an HRIS system is a plus.
  • Bias for action and operational excellence.
