Description

Qualification for professional guidance of future pedagogical professionals. In order for interns to successfully complete their practical training and contribute to the daily work in their daycare, they need structured and competent training and guidance.

As a future practice supervisor, you will be responsible for integrating interns into the team and managing their learning processes. In this training, you will acquire the necessary skills to fulfill all tasks related to professional guidance and support for:

Career changers
Beginners in the field
Students in vocational schools
Students in orientation internships
Participants in voluntary services for practical training

The training is based on the administrative regulation of the Saxon State Ministry of Culture for the implementation of training for professionals in the professional guidance and support of interns in facilities for child and youth welfare as well as in facilities and services for people with disabilities, dated May 12, 2017, and is recognized in Saxony. In other federal states, the training is based on the respective state-specific conditions.
