The training to become a nursing specialist (m/f/d) includes theoretical lessons in a nursing school as well as practical training in a senior residence, a stationary care facility or in outpatient care services.

Your profile as an apprentice nursing specialist (m/f/d):

  • You have completed secondary education (Mittlere Reife/ mittlerer Bildungsabschluss)
  • Alternatively, you have completed training as a nursing assistant or have a secondary school diploma and another completed 2-year vocational training
  • Good health, commitment and flexibility
  • Teamwork, friendliness and empathy in dealing with our residents
