Wholesale Plumbing Supply Driver/warehouse Associate - Phoenix, United States - Sonoran Plumbing Supply

Description

Additional duties include picking, documenting, and packing customer orders; stocking and maintaining the warehouse; and counting, verifying, and receiving incoming vendor shipments and customer return material.

• Deliver and Pickup material with a 20ft + stake bed truck
• Maintain paperwork for company records
• Monitor company vehicle performance
• Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely to move parts to proper locations
• Load/unload trucks
• Pick materials for orders to assemble and package for delivery/will call
• Migrate inventory between yards
• Pull various amounts and sizes of pipe (up to 20 feet in length)
• Restock warehouse as needed
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety

• DOT Certification or ability to be certified (provided with hire)
• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1+ years of Delivery Driving experience
• Minimum 1+ years of Warehouse or material handling experience
• Ability to safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, hand dolly, and other material handling equipment
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, customers
• Ability to multitask and complete additional duties as assigned
• Stand, walk, sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch; lift or move up to 75 lbs. without assistance, and 75+ lbs. with assistance and/or lifting equipment

• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• A comprehensive knowledge of plumbing products
• 2+ years of plumbing industry experience
• Experience using an inventory management system (QuickBooks, Eclipse, Savance, Salesforce)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

• Climbing rolling ladders to reach products on high shelving racks
• Fluctuating temperatures according to Phoenix seasonal weather changes (evaporative coolers are operative in the warehouse to regulate internal temperatures)
• Forklifts and pallet jacks in operation
