Your Responsibilities:

As an expert in control and fundamental issues, you will be part of a professional and agile team of experts in the area of active market follow-up.

You will independently manage project tasks related to all credit topics and accompany the entire change process, particularly with regards to digitalization.

You will be responsible for independently planning, controlling, and implementing measures for sustainable process design and ensuring process quality, as well as leading and supporting projects for implementing new processes and continuous process improvements.

You will support the department management and your team leader in planning for strategic alignment and strategic issues resulting from regulatory, legal, and procedural requirements.

You will independently create individual evaluations with your team and evaluate the results.

Your analytical and interconnected way of thinking enables you to interact with other areas of the company in a factual and solution-oriented manner.

What You Bring:

In addition to a banking apprenticeship, you have further qualifications as a bank business economist or a comparable business administration degree.
You impress with strong conceptual and analytical skills, as well as a secure application of methods from process and project management.
You have several years of extensive experience in the area of active market followup.
