Orchid Legal Assistant / Tax Assistant (m/f/d) We are a nationally operating auditing and tax consulting firm based in Dresden with additional offices in Berlin, Chemnitz, Leipzig, Lübben, and Munich.

Currently, we employ around 80 staff members, including 12 professionals (auditors, tax consultants, lawyers - some with dual qualifications).

We support insolvency administrators and self-administration companies in the management of insolvency proceedings and accompany companies in restructuring and reorganization processes in the business and tax fields.

Join our team in Berlin as an INSOLVENCY CASE HANDLER (m/f/d) IN FULL-TIME YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Assisting the insolvency administrator in the handling of regular insolvency proceedings and the self-administrator in self-administration proceedings * Recording and reviewing creditor claims in coordination with the insolvency administrator * Preparing and processing insolvency reports and other relevant documents * Communicating with creditors, debtors, and other parties involved in the insolvency proceedings * Supporting the team in various administrative tasks and projects YOUR PROFILE * Completed training as a legal assistant or tax assistant * Experience in insolvency administration is an advantage * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities * Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software * Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken OUR OFFER * A dynamic and challenging work environment * Opportunities for professional development and growth * Competitive salary and benefits package * A supportive and collaborative team culture * Flexible working
