Leistung GmbH, with around 40 employees in Bad Homburg and the surrounding area, offers comprehensive services for commercial and private properties.

Our main services include building cleaning, winter services, property management, landscaping, and winter services.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a part-time Call Center Agent (m/w/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for acquiring new customers for predefined customer segments.
You will be in charge of new customer acquisition and scheduling qualified appointments.
Your daily tasks will include presenting our range of services, assessing customer needs, and maintaining open communication with our customers.
You will also be responsible for conducting research, sending documents, and maintaining our database.

Your qualifications:

Experience in B2B telephone sales
Strong communication skills, customeroriented, and enjoy talking on the phone
Proficient in using common office systems and fluent in German
Enthusiasm and willingness to work in a startup environment
Team player with a drive for change

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, starting at 9 am
