For the
winter semester 2023/24, we are looking to fill a
professorship (m/f/d) in the field of real estate management at the
Düsseldorf campus of the IU International University (IU) in full or part-time.

Your responsibilities:

You will teach and conduct research in the practiceintegrated bachelor's program in real estate management
You will contribute to the development of teaching and research topics and bring new perspectives to the academic world
You will provide practical foundations in real estate economics, as well as topics related to project development, portfolio management, real estate ownership, and leasing. You will be able to discuss current trends in the real estate industry with our students, as well as topics from the field of business administration.
Furthermore, you will be able to train our students to become experts in one or more of the following specializations: technical real estate management, real estate valuation, real estate financing
You will be involved in the creative development of teaching formats within the didactic concept of the IU International University for the dual study program and further develop it in collaboration with colleagues.
