Assistant (m/f/d) to the Management Board

From day one, you will take on responsibility. In your role, you will be responsible for exciting projects in the areas of port road and inland navigation.

What to expect from us:

You will support the management board in operational and strategic matters.
You will take on responsibility for your own projects, such as construction projects/process optimization/digitalization, and manage them from idea to completion.
You will prepare requested information in a coherent manner, consistently follow up on topics, and create convincing presentations, evaluations, and protocols.
In the future, there is the possibility for you to take on the role of operations manager. There, you will act as a liaison between the management board, accounting, central functions, and the industrial employees.
