Your challenge

Responsible for the entire recruiting process from needs analysis to contract signing
Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition and retention
Create and publish internal and external job postings on various platforms
Select appropriate recruiting methods and channels to reach potential candidates
Conduct job interviews and selection processes in close collaboration with the departments
Maintain and expand the candidate pool and actively approach potential candidates
Support offboarding processes, including creating employment references
Point of contact for managers and employees, and collaborate with the works council in a trusting manner
Strategic planning and implementation of HR marketing measures, including job fairs, campaigns, recruiting events, and participation in relevant events
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and guidelines in the HR department
