What you can expect from us:

  • You will independently handle all administrative and operational personnel tasks such as creating employment contracts, onboarding employees, employee support, and processing departures.
  • You always think solutionoriented even in complex situations and approach problems in a structured but open manner.
  • You will participate in the planning and execution of trainings/team events and trips.
  • You will proactively support managers in personnel and leadership tasks.
  • You will regularly create statistics and reports.
  • You will be the contact person for indepth knowledge of labor law in Germany.

Your qualifications and skills:


  • You have a degree (or equivalent) in law, business administration with a focus on human resources and/or a completed commercial apprenticeship, and ideally a professional qualification as a personnel specialist (m/f/d).
  • You already have solid experience in the mentioned areas of responsibility.
