- Verifies, responds to, and dispatches on emergency signals.
- Answers incoming calls.
- Operator must be licensed to work in all States mandating requirements.
- Must be proficient in the verification and dispatching of alarms to police/fire agencies
- Must know the different types if signals and the SOP's for each signal.
- Operator will work under close supervision during the first 30 days.

Pay and Benefits Disclosure:
The pay range for this role is $20-$24 an hour. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
