The Martin Group consists of a total of 750 employees at four locations. Martin Stanz- und Umformtechnik GmbH in Parsberg is the second largest company in our group with 250 employees.

We specialize in metal forming in the automotive industry.

Our stamped and formed parts, as well as welding and riveting assemblies, can be found in numerous vehicles of all types of drives that you already know.

  • To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Project / Organization Technical Area (or at the earliest possible date).

What you will do with us as a Project / Organization Technical Area:

  • Support the Technical Director in leading and developing the technical area, as well as in day-to-day operations
  • Development of technical solutions
  • Optimization of internal processes
  • Schedule management and ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Participation in occupational health and safety management system, particularly risk assessment, CE marking, procurement of new machinery, equipment, and vehicles
  • Assistance with various technical projects
  • Supervision of external service providers for maintenance and repair companies
  • Creation of purchase requisitions for spare and maintenance parts, as well as urgent orders
  • Analysis of malfunctions and contribution to continuous improvement
  • Preparation of information
