What you'll do:

You will support the HR Services Team in handling personnel changes, such as drafting contracts, supplementary agreements, works council hearings, and correspondence in both German and English.
Monitoring compliance with our service levels will also be a key part of your role.
You will provide feedback to employees on the status of their inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
You will confidently handle phone queries from Sky colleagues, including those in English.
You will assist in preparing references and prioritize tasks effectively.
