Custodian, Janitor _
START IMMEDIATELY_

We are looking to add a mobile janitor, also known as a float, to our team. As a float, you would be responsible for providing coverage where necessary at various accounts.
Operating area includes Grand Rapids, Shelbyville, Lake Odessa, Bellevue, Battle Creek, Delton and surrounding areas. Do you like variety in your work? This position could be for you

Full time position available:

-
Part time: Monday-Friday: mainly first shift hours but could include some midday or afternoon hours (9pm would be the latest you would ever get out)

Pay:

$18/hr.

Responsibilities:

Vacuuming
Mopping
Dusting
Cleaning restrooms
Removing trash
Operating a floor scrubber or similar floor cleaning equipment
As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned

Requirements:

-
Great attendance:

Ability to clean in a variety of environments including medical settings, schools, manufacturing settings, offices, etc.
Reliable vehicle to drive during shift
Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, ability to submit fingerprints to the state of Michigan to be authorized to work in public schools, and ability to pass a motor vehicle records check
18 years of age or older with valid ID
Ability to work efficiently while upholding company's quality standards
Maintain effective communication with supervisors/managers and other team members

Cleaning experience required.
