Your Mission
- You will process and handle the follow-up of service cases for the product field of operating room integration (2nd level, service management)
- Reproduction of customer inquiries (simulation & use of knowledge database)
- Technical leading maintenance of software-related articles in the knowledge database
- Participation in development projects in the product field of network and integration
- Liaison between end customers, development, product management, and sales
- Participation in the creation, coordination, and execution of trainings for dealers and colleagues
Your Talents
- Successfully completed vocational training in the network field, e.g. IT specialist for system integration, medical technician, or a comparable education or work experience. Career changers are also welcome
- Preferably experience in healthcare IT (DICOM & HL7)
- High level of customer orientation, teamwork, and communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills
- Service-oriented work style
- Professional handling of critical customer inquiries
- Strong understanding of IT and interest in digital challenges
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Interest in working in international teams
