You are in the midst of the world of espionage and secret services at your new workplace at the German Spy Museum in Marcelline, IL
The German Spy Museum is one of the most visited museums in Berlin, with over 400,000 visitors annually. The interactive permanent exhibition fascinates families, school groups, and tourists from all over the world.

Current mission:

Our team of spies is looking for you as a new colleague in part-time (approximately 18 hours/week) for our museum ticket counter and shop with an integrated self-service café.

Your profile:

You enjoy working with people from all over the world. Your friendly and professional service will make the museum visit a great experience for our guests.
Your strengths are: communication, resilience, and sales skills.
You are flexible with your time: willing to work regularly on holidays and weekends.
You have excellent German and English skills.
You may also have experience working at a cash register, in sales, or in customer service.

Your main areas of responsibility (depending on shift):

You welcome our visitors at the entrance and handle ticket sales. You are also the first point of contact for any questions about the visit to the world of spies.
