Your Responsibilities:


  • You lead a team of multiple Social Media Consultants
  • Your main task is the strategic development of the services and offerings of the Social Media team
  • You have commercial responsibility for the Social Media Consulting department
  • Within the agency, you work closely with the Account Management, Performance, Ecommerce, Data-Science, and Ad Operations departments
  • Your responsibilities include leading and developing the core areas of Community Management and Influencer Marketing
  • You analyze and evaluate new technologies and providers in the Social Media field
  • You analyze potential opportunities for existing clients and successfully expand the department's client portfolio

Your Profile:


  • You have a business background with a focus on Media, Communication, or Marketing
  • You have several years of experience in the Social Media field and have experience in managing clients and teams
  • You have experience in Business Development
  • You are able to identify and evaluate international trends and innovations early on
  • You are always uptodate: you keep an eye on current digital trends and developments
  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
  • You are proficient in creating and presenting offers and presentations for clients
  • You have excellent German skills and fluent English skills.
