Join our team at the educational facility in
Lauda Königshofen

We are looking for a dedicated
social pedagogue (m/f/d) with additional qualification in rehabilitation pedagogy to join us on April 1st, 2023.

This is a part-time position (30 hours/week) with the possibility of increasing hours, and it is a permanent position.

Compensation will be according to the in-house collective agreement, pay group III (specialized pedagogical specialist).

Your main tasks:

You will support our young participants through targeted care and assistance in psychosocial, sociocultural, and economic aspects.
In individual and group activities, you will assess the participants' skills and discuss their career prospects.
You will identify individual obstacles and work together with the participants to develop effective coping strategies.
Through close collaboration with all stakeholders involved in the qualification process and the establishment of stable network structures, you will create a conducive environment for your pedagogical work.
Documenting activities, including writing reports, will also be part of your responsibilities.
You will support us in optimizing training and further education processes, as well as in developing our portfolio of services (especially in creating concepts).

Your qualifications:

You have a degree in social pedagogy or social work, or an equivalent qualification.
