What you will learn in this training: * Analysis of information and telecommunications customer requirements * Design and configuration of cloud and managed services, as well as hardware and software * Creation of offers and orders * Procurement of hardware, software, and services * Contract negotiation

What you ideally bring with you: * At least a secondary school diploma and good grades in German and mathematics * Good English and PC skills * Technical and mathematical understanding, as well as communication and teamwork skills * Reliability, willingness to learn, and a motivated attitude * Completed training as a commercial assistant (m/f/d) for information processing is desirable
