Your Profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (office clerk, foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk, commercial employee or similar)
  • Independent, wellorganized and responsible way of working
  • Friendly and competent demeanor, as well as teamwork and flexibility
  • Negotiation skills / winning personality
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Good English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in IT applications, excellent knowledge of MS Office

Your Tasks

  • Customer contact, negotiation of prices and conditions
  • Preparation and followup of offers
  • Monitoring of deadlines and orders
  • Processing of customer orders in close cooperation with engineering and management
  • General administrative and commercial tasks / management
  • Office organization and scheduling
  • Creation of EXCEL evaluations
  • Correspondence (Word, Outlook), filing, documentation and data maintenance
