We are looking for you to join our dynamic and growing team in Lake Kerr, FL. Despite the ongoing pandemic, there have been no COVID-related layoffs.

Responsibilities:

You will be the personal contact for our employees and responsible for managing and determining the personnel needs of our clients and selecting the appropriate workers.

You will be the competent contact for customers and employees before, during, and after events, ensuring optimal communication. You will also handle administrative tasks related to acquisition, scheduling, and organization. Additionally, you will review work records as part of our quality management.

Qualifications:

Your Profile:

You enjoy working with people and have a confident demeanor.

You are a resilient and organized individual who can maintain control in stressful situations. You are willing to work flexible hours in a two-shift system and occasional weekends.

You have experience with MS Excel and ideally with email programs.

You have strong intercultural social skills and can communicate clearly with people from different backgrounds.

Ideally, you have a degree in personnel management or relevant practical experience in this field. However, a degree is not a requirement and we welcome applicants from different backgrounds.

You are fluent in German, both spoken and written.

Additional language skills are a plus, as we are an international team and manage events worldwide.
