What to expect in your training:

Your dual studies will begin with a paid introductory month at Würth MODYF. This way, you will start together with all the newcomers and have the opportunity to bond as a team from the very beginning.

From day one, you will have an apprentice mentor by your side who will guide you throughout your training. During our welcome week, you will get to know Würth MODYF and the apprentice team, and you will receive training and workshops to prepare you for your training.

During your training, you will rotate through all relevant departments and be fully integrated into the teams. This will give you deep insights into the entire company, allow you to take on responsibilities, and look forward to varied workdays.

In addition to building your professional skills, your personal development is our top priority. We place great importance on accompanying and promoting you through individual consultations and development discussions during your training.
