**Job Requirements
**As an Appliance technician and Delivery Driver, your main responsibility is to deliver merchandise accurately, safely, and on time, while providing exceptional customer service.

Here are the essential job functions:

  • Deliver appliances promptly and accurately to customers, while ensuring it is in good condition.
  • Perform installation and setup of the appliance which includes some electrical, water, and gas hookups
  • Contact customers to confirm delivery details and determine the placement of merchandise.
  • Follow safety and lifting protocols during deliveries.
  • Drive, inspect, load, and unload merchandise, and assist with installation.
  • Follow DOT and CDL regulations to keep yourself and others safe while driving.

Work Experience

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be mechanically inclined
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Valid Class A or Class B license (with airbrake endorsement).
  • Ability to pass MVR screen by company requirements.
  • 6 months of inhome delivery OR retail customer service is highly preferred.
  • Weekend Availability Preferred.
  • Positive and professional personality.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Routinely bend, climb, and twist; the position requires the ability to retrieve, move, and stock products.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
