Description
Your Tasks in Halfway, OR- Independently manage and support the daily operations of the executive team
- Prioritize and efficiently complete tasks as they arise
- Handle correspondence in both German and English
- Create and prepare presentation materials for various stakeholders
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including planning, booking, and followup
- Organize, prepare for, and followup on (international) meetings and events
- Successfully completed training as a European secretary, management assistant, or equivalent qualification
- Relevant, extensive experience in a position at the executive level
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Independent, structured, and responsible work style
- High level of reliability, discretion, and loyalty
- Strong motivation, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a confident, open, and friendly demeanor
- Fluent in German and very good English skills
- Proficient in MS Office.
