The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, supporting the government's real estate policy goals and providing the necessary spaces and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with over 7,000 employees and take care of a very diverse and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and maintenance of federal natural areas. Our Facility Management department builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and diverse properties - from ministries in Berlin and Bonn, to federal courts and research institutions, to buildings of the customs, federal police, federal army or the Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW). In dialogue with our customers, we are shaping the path towards climate-neutral real estate management.
