Your responsibilities
The therapy process is the core service of medical rehabilitation.

With a high level of expertise and creativity, you ensure the quality of this process and further develop the therapeutic portfolio of the facility.

You can inspire and involve your team of around 90 people (m/f/d) consisting of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, sports scientists, speech therapists, psychologists, and administrative staff with your visions.

You never lose sight of the economic efficiency of service provision.

You manage the Dr. Becker PhysioGym Bad Windsheim and maintain close contact with the clinic management and chief physicians of the affiliated Dr. Becker Kiliani-Klinik.
