We are looking for a
Sachbearbeiter (m/f/d) for our main office in Staßfurt, starting as soon as possible.
Your tasks include:
- Carrying out ongoing accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial accounting, including payment transactions, dunning, account reconciliation and master data maintenance
- Participation in the preparation of company tax returns, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as business planning and forecasting
- Participation, monitoring and support in the area of funding as well as tax office, social security and annual financial statement audits
- Calculation of travel expenses for our participants
- Assumption of administrative tasks, including internal and external correspondence with our customers, participants, funding agencies and employees
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Your profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (tax clerk, office/industrial clerk) or a comparable education
- You have relevant professional experience in the designated area of application
