Tasks:

Independent organization and execution of construction projects in tram track construction throughout Germany
Timely scheduling of necessary personnel, equipment, machinery, and materials
Monitoring of construction progress while considering technical, qualitative, and economic objectives
Liaison with the client and coordination of subcontractors
Reporting of additional costs and negotiation of contract amendments
Preparation of measurements and invoicing

You have a successfully completed degree in civil engineering or equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience
You have proficient knowledge of MS Office and an invoicing and calculation program (preferably RIB iTWO)
You enjoy working in a team, are flexible, and have a high level of commitment
You have a valid driver's license and are willing to travel
You possess entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as an independent and goaloriented work style
