About the Role:


As an SEM Specialist at beBee, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing efforts through targeted search engine marketing strategies.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, data-driven, and passionate about optimizing paid search campaigns to achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple channels to maximize ROI, including search ads, display ads, and retargeting.
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for payperclick campaigns and SEO projects.
  • Monitor and analyze SEM campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and report back to senior management on performance.
  • Optimize landing pages for search engine marketing and perform A/B testing to enhance conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure that the messaging aligns with overall SEM strategies and company goals.

Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or related field
  • Proven experience managing SEM campaigns across Google, Bing, other search platforms
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing conversion online customer acquisition
  • Indepth experience with bid management tools web analytics tools (e.g., Google AdWords Google Analytics)
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively strategically identify resolve problems
