What can you expect?

You will take on personnel management responsibility and ensure optimal use of human resources
You will create substitute schedules, conduct team performance evaluations, hold employee discussions and evaluations, train new employees, and conduct shift meetings
You will minimize downtime during maintenance work or technical malfunctions, meet quality and economic targets, and be responsible for the operation of the corrugated cardboard system
You will communicate and coordinate with sales, administration, and logistics, while adhering to occupational safety and hygiene regulations for employees
You will prevent hazards during commissioning, maintenance, repair, and downtime
