Shipping, Logistics & Facility Services Employee (m/f/d)

Opportunities for individuals who want to achieve more:

Your role will involve managing three of our locations in Wiesbaden (John-F.Kennedy-Str. 4+6 and Washingtonstr. 75) where you will be responsible for maintaining and conducting weekly security rounds of the buildings and outdoor areas.
As part of your role, you will also be responsible for winter maintenance, managing locking systems, monitoring and changing flags, and handling incoming tickets (e.g. for maintenance and repair work).
You will also be responsible for procuring and distributing consumables, medical supplies, and office materials at the locations, monitoring inventory levels, and assisting with internal relocations.
Your skills will also be utilized in logistics, where you will receive, sort, distribute, and send out mail and parcel shipments, assist internal customers with all postal matters, and provide courier and driving services.
Additionally, you will conduct weekly condition assessments, document your findings in the MEWA ticket system
