Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work at the interface between our sales team and the communication department and actively support new customer development in the EMEA region:

  • Support the sales process in collaboration with the communication department
  • Research potential new customers using online media and social networks
  • Evaluation of verification and contact data and assignment to the respective sales employees
  • Preparation and provision of necessary company information
  • Conducting adhoc research
  • Support in the preparation of presentations and documentation

Requirements:

  • Ongoing bachelor's degree (business administration, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals), interest in life sciences and pharmaceuticals
  • Basic understanding of sales activities and processes
  • Knowledge in lead management processes and software
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, also when dealing with large amounts of data
  • Selforganization
